Nick Milanovic is a mediator and arbitrator focusing on resolving labour and employment law disputes.

Nick’s labour relations experience began more than 30 years ago as a picket captain and later as an executive officer and chief bargaining spokesperson for his local union. He practiced law for a decade as counsel with the Canadian Union of Public Employees and provided advice and representation in the broader public sector in a wide range of labour, employment and human rights matters. As counsel, he helped lead collective bargaining negotiations and litigated numerous grievance arbitrations as well as federal and provincial labour board matters.
